Withdrawal

You can use this page to give notice that you withdraw from a purchase contract concluded with us.

Please provide your name, your email address and the order number (e.g. #9999) so that we can identify the relevant purchase contract. In the free-text field, you may add further information, for example if your withdrawal applies only to individual items.

After submitting the form, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email. This confirms receipt of your withdrawal declaration. We will then individually review the allocation to the relevant order and any statutory grounds for exclusion.
